This simple and effective method is available using MNPR (manual number plate recognition). With MNPR technology, you no longer have to write a ticket out. All you need to do is to photograph the incident (with 4 photos required) and upload via our secure web-based app. All PCNs issued by you are then checked to ensure that the correct evidence has been recorded and the correct information has been entered. In addition to this, HX Car Park Management provides full training to all new clients at no extra cost.
With our self-issue parking management kit, you are in total control of your parking spaces. After signing our Private Parking Protection Agreement (contract), we are able to give you the correct equipment for you to issue parking charge notices (PCNs).
At all times, the enforcement of the charge is carried out under UK Law and the Code of Practice set out by the International Parking Community (IPC).
